** New this year, Great American Tailgate! - ($30 and must be purchased IN PERSON only at Copper Sky from Becky Spires)
Tailgate area opens at 1 p.m. located at the Copper Sky parking lot. We will have a reserved area for you to hang out with your friends and family to enjoy some food and drinks before the fireworks show! Tailgaters are required to buy a Tailgate Pass at Copper Sky in advance, which includes a free alcohol permit. Tailgate location must stay within a designated area, but feel free to walk around and enjoy the event. You may also set a tent, tables, and chairs out in the grass area on the soccer fields nearby. We ask you keep the BBQ grill in the reserved parking space area.
Tailgate Pass includes:
- parking pass
- 2 parking spaces (one for car and one for tailgating stuff)
- bring as many friends and family as you want
- tents, tables, and chairs allowed on soccer fields near by
- space for BBQ grill and chairs
- alcohol permit included for Beer & Wine
Tailgate Passes must be purchased in person at Copper Sky from Becky Spires (becky.spires@maricopa-az.gov or 520-316-4600).
