Join the City of El Mirage in kicking off the holiday season with our Winterfest and Parade event. This year's theme is Adventures in Candyland. Candy canes, lollipops and gum drops galore, a special celebration is what we have in store!!! Experience themed "lands" full of bright color and imagination, just like the game!!
