On Aug 28th The Cafe at the Phoenix Dream center will be hosting our first ever Carnival. There will be games, food, PRIZES, entertainment, and fun for the whole family. Entertainment line up: bounce house, talent show, water slide, cake decoration contest, cake walk, and so much more!
