Everyone can join the circus! Campers will learn juggling of all sorts, balancing (tight-wire, stilts, and more) and acrobatics (tumbling, mini-tramp) and aerial trapeze and silks. Each week concludes with a show for family and friends. Each camp day includes warm up cooperative games and play that reinforce circus lessons in trust and cooperation. In the first couple days of camp, everyone gets to try all the different circus skills out. Then they get to decide what skills they want to concentrate on for the final show. Under the guidance of the circus coaches, the groups of students create their own routines and acts for presentation on the final afternoon of the session.

Circus arts provide the ultimate blend of fitness, creativity, and fun! Every kid regardless of age, gender, background, or body type can find things they love to do and share with others. Campers bring their own lunch and a snack each day. They will learn from experienced teacher/performer/coaches in a ratio not more than 8:1 and practice solo and ensemble skills in ways that build self-esteem, trust, and cooperation. Best of all, they surprise and delight themselves with what they can do!
