The Connecticut Humane Society presents: PET PROFESSIONS - for TEENS @Danbury Library

This virtual program will teach middle school and high school students about the many careers related to animal welfare.

Please note: This live program will be live streamed, so interested students who cannot make it to the library will also be able to attend. Registration is required to get the Zoom link for the live stream.

This program will teach middle school and high school students about the many careers related to animal welfare. Participants will get an overview of the different professions at animal welfare organizations. This program will help develop an in-depth understanding of ten different positions at CT Humane Society though the Pet Professions video, which includes 1 on 1 interviews with current staff members. Participants will learn about the different skills needed for each job, basic interview tips, and other ways to get involved with helping pets at our organization.

FREE! This program is intended for teens 11 years and older.
