Unleash your inner Ninja in this exciting 8-week course designed to build strength, agility, and confidence! Throughout the program, participants will explore a variety of dynamic training techniques and movement styles inspired by real Ninja Warrior challenges. Each week, Ninjas will conquer new obstacles and push their limits in a fun, supportive environment.
Our state-of-the-art obstacle course includes warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, and tilted ladders all crafted to test balance, coordination, and endurance. As students progress, they’ll develop flexibility, body control, and mental focus, which can be applied toward future Ninja Level Testing or to enhance performance in other sports and physical activities.
All sessions are led by an experienced Ninja Trainer who provides expert guidance, motivation, and personalized feedback to help every participant succeed. By the end of the program, Ninjas will not only gain new physical skills but also improve their self-esteem, teamwork, and perseverance.

What to Bring: Tennis shoes are required
