First Course Choice of:
Sweet Cream Crepes
Light crepes filled with sweet mascarpone cheese & finished with fresh berry compote. Truly divine.
Italian Sausage Tarte
A sweet tart crust filled with spicy Italian sausage and rich Gruyere & basil custard.
Escargot
Confit garlic herb butter, lemon
Second Course Choice of:
French Country Omelet
Yukon gold potatoes, bacon, chevre & parsley, served with fresh fruit
Crispy Pork Belly Benedict
With roasted red pepper hollandaise sauce, served with roasted potatoes
Filet Benedict
Toasted English muffin, poached eggs, filet, béarnaise sauce, served with roasted potatoes
