Families Giving Back

Given that there are currently very few volunteer opportunities that are appropriate for families with children younger than 12, a significant portion of our time is dedicated to meeting with various non-profits in the Valley to discuss possible family-friendly volunteer opportunities. Through a collaborative process, we develop volunteer activities that are mutually beneficial for the organization and our volunteer families. Once developed, Families Giving Back manages all aspects of the volunteer activity; including organizing volunteer families, providing any necessary materials, supervision of the activity, follow-up with the organization and volunteer families, etc. It is important to us that we make the entire process as easy as possible for both the non-profit organizations and our participating families.
