Free Summer Sunday in August

Summer Sundays- Color on Sunday, August 25, 2019!
Escape the heat of summer and join us again for this annual series to enjoy free performances, and this summer we are focusing on printmaking artist demonstrations every fourth Sunday of the summer. Each month we will have a different print maker in Crossroads Gallery utilizing color, so bring the family to make their own take home print.

Join us on August 25th for printmaking with artist Sam Gomez from Sagrado Galleria, in the Crossroads Gallery. Artist carving demonstration by James Johnson (Tlingit). DJ This-Just-In will fill the museum with beats all day.
Yellow House Dancers will also perform at 12 and 2pm!
Admission to the museum’s galleries is free all day, so gather the whole family and come to the Heard Museum for entertainment for all ages.
