Kaleidoscope Summer Camp programs are open to students throughout the Valley. Camps are subject to cancellation and
educators are subject to change.
PIZZA FRIDAYS! A FREE hot lunch of pizza, fruit, and a drink is provided for all campers every Friday. Campers provide their
own lunches Monday – Thursday.
CAMP OPTIONS TIMES COST PER WEEK
Half Day Camp 8:30-12:30 $90
Full Day Camp 8:30-3:00 $130
Extended Day Camp 7:30-3:30 $160
All Day Camp 7:30-5:30 $200
(NO CAMP JULY 3rd - Rates prorated to $70/$100/$130/$160 depending on option chosen)
A non-refundable New Student Registration Fee of $20 will apply to all enrolling students who are new to the Kaleidoscope
Summer Camp Program and are not enrolled for the upcoming academic year. New Students must also complete an Emergency
Card and furnish proof of immunizations upon enrolling. Full Payment for the first week of camp selected is due with this form.
Payment for subsequent weeks is due by the first day of camp. There are no refunds or credits for missed days due to illness,
vacation or change of plans. Camp registrations may be cancelled for a full refund with 5-Days Notice.
Sibling Discounts of 10% available when registering. You may register online or complete this registration form. Registration
forms may be dropped at the front office or e-mailed to frontoffice@kaleidoscopepreschool.com.
