Self-Care for Parents, Wellness Education for the Kids! Beat the heat this summer at Quasar Quantum Healing with our “Mom (or Dad) & Me” Summer Event. Sit back, relax and enjoy some self-care without having to worry about the kids. Choose from two rejuvenating self-care packages while your kids take part in fun activities including an introduction to yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition education. As a gift from us, every kid will receive a wellness gift bag filled with healthy goodies.
