Nerding’s Summer STEM Camp offers a fun and educational experience for kids entering grades 1–7 in Arizona’s East Valley. Designed and taught by certified educators, our week-long camps blend science, technology, engineering, and creativity into hands-on, project-based classes that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help kids develop real-world skills in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Each summer, Nerding offers a variety of classes tailored to different grade levels to ensure age-appropriate challenges and meaningful learning. Children in grades 1–3 might build robots, explore outer space, experiment with slime, or learn basic coding. Older students in grades 4–7 dive deeper into subjects like 3D printing, virtual reality, electrical engineering, and graphic design.
Our camps are structured with flexibility in mind—families can choose from morning, afternoon, or full-day sessions. Full-day campers enjoy a supervised lunch break with indoor free time and social activities. Each week concludes with a “Nerd Showcase,” where campers present their projects and discoveries to family and friends, celebrating both their creativity and accomplishments.

All instructors are certified teachers with at least five years of classroom experience, many with specialized training in STEM subjects.
