Weekly Camp Sessions (5-14)
These week-long camp sessions run Monday - Friday 9am-3pm, with extended care available 8-9am and 3-5pm. Cost is $200/camper/week, with sliding scale pricing and full scholarships available

June 12 - June 16
June 19 - June 23
June 26 - June 30
July 17 - July 21
July 24 - July 28
July 31 - August 4
Younger students (ages 5-9) will explore story and imagination through creative drama, taking on different characters and exploring fantastical worlds. They will also learn basic acting, movement, and visual art skills and be a part of a community. This week-long session culminates in a performance for friends and family.
Older students (ages 10-14) will participate in a skills intensive, focusing on acting, movement, voice, and design. They will work with experienced teaching artists to build their skills as performers and creatives! This week-long session culminates in a performance for friends and family.
Multi-Week Production Class (13-17)
This production class (ages 13-17) will focus on Rising Youth Theatre’s process for creating original plays. Class runs Monday - Friday 9am-3pm, with extended care available 8-9am and 3-5pm. Cost is $600/camper for 3 weeks, with sliding scale pricing and full scholarships available.
Production Class weeks are:
June 12 - June 30
The students will form a production ensemble where they will participate in three phases:
Phase One: Research
Choosing a theme, creating a central question, interviewing, story circling, and newspaper theatre.
Phase Two: Devising
Improvisation, script writing, character building, design process, and production roles.
Phase Three: Performance
Rehearsal and at the end of the third week they will perform their show for a public audience.
