Festivities include:
11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Estrella Mountain Community College Black History Month Celebration
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. - Agua Fria Health Occupations Students of American Splash of Color 5K Run
5:30 - 6:00 p.m. - Naturalization Ceremony
6:00 - 10:00 p.m. CulturePOP Festival

Family Stage presented by Anderson Institute of Music will feature a performance representing cultures from around the world.
CulturePOP Block Party is a family friendly, community event featuring live entertainment, street performers, cultural demonstrations, carnival games, light up kids activities and food, & beer and wine from around the world.
