As a 501(C)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building a healthier community through philanthropy, we join with our neighbors and corporate partners to advance the quality and availability of care across the East Valley of Central Arizona. Thanks to thousands of donors who supported our Dignity Rising Campaign, together we raised more than $25 million to make our community stronger and healthier for people of every age and every circumstance, including those who are most vulnerable and underserved.
