WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy food packages, and community resource referrals for caregivers with infants or children under age 5. WIC is also for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have had a pregnancy end in the last 6 months. DADS, GRANDPARENTS, and ALL OTHER CAREGIVERS are encouraged to apply!
WIC is located in all over the Valley: Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, and Tempe.

Free nutrition and breastfeeding program that provides:
- One-on-one expert support from pregnancy to preschool, and everything in-between
- Nutrition and breastfeeding information and resources
- Referrals to other community resources
- A variety of foods each month
- Breast pumps
