Supporting over 250 Members daily at 4 campuses and 20 community-integrated living homes across 2 counties, The Opportunity Tree is one of Arizona's most deeply rooted and historied 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations supporting people with intellectual disabilities. Our person-centered approach, Employment First philosophy, and diverse program offerings promote opportunities for individuals to increase the quality of life on their own terms and realize their full potential beginning at 14 years of age through every life cycle stage.

Our services
Provide dynamic experiences and creative environments for teens ages 14 & up. In every facet of our program, we are dedicated to cultivating an atmosphere of professional excellence and engagement. At The Opportunity Tree, we understand the significance of preparing students for the journey ahead, providing them with the tools and support needed for a successful transition into the next chapter of their lives.
What Students Learn

Our team counts over 90 Athletes of all ability levels competing in over 8 sports per year.
Residential and in-home supports provide our Members with enriching and stimulating home environments; the bedrock of a high quality of life.
