Pendergast Community Coalition is focused on preventing substance use among 6th-8th grade students in the Pendergast school district community.
The Pendergast Community Coalition vision is to "Inspire youth and individuals to live healthy and drug free lives."
Together let's work together to reduce substance use among youth!
The Coalition is responsible for coordinating and facilitating substance use prevention education and creating one-time presentations to youth, their families, and community members in schools, and community settings.
They are also responsible for outreach, planning, and hosting or cohosting alternative activities.
They focus on collaborating with other local organizations to participate in Tabling Events that promote community networking and awareness of prevention programs by disseminating prevention education material.
