The SMC Library faculty and staff support the informational needs for the college's curriculum and programs.
South Mountain Community Library is a partnership between Phoenix Public Library and South Mountain Community College built with funding from the City of Phoenix 2006 Citizens Bond and 2004 Maricopa County Community College District Bond Program. SMC Library features a children's story room, group study rooms, quiet study area, a teen space, public access computers, Wi-Fi, patio spaces and a collection of DVDs, CDs, books, newspapers and magazines.
