Summer Hunyuan Qigong Classes - Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix

Please join us Hunyuan Qigong class! When the mind-intent reaches harmony, the Qi flows. When the Qi flows, the body will also move. The mind-intent, Qi and spirit are combined into one when Yin and Yang Tai Chi circles are practiced. Hunyuan Qigong is the foundation of Hunyuan Tai Chi, without complexity of Tai Chi forms. There are a total of 12 forms. People can practice the entire 12 forms in a single session, or can focus on a few selected forms.
