VCAF (Vietnamese Community Assistance Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) Charity and Qualified Charitable Organization that was formed by compassionate members of the Vietnamese community who came together to make a difference in their communities. It is designed to be one of the first nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonsectarian organization founded in Arizona to helping those less fortunate to achieve a better, more meaningful life.
