From comets and planets to black holes and faraway galaxies, investigate the night sky at Arizona Science Center’s Astronomy Weekend!

Blast off on a journey exploring the Sun, Moon and stars with out-of-this-world live demonstrations and hands-on activities on Saturday and Sunday.
As a kickoff to the weekend, join us Friday, September 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for an evening full of night sky exploration—FREE to the public! Discover how astronomers learn about space by peering through different types of telescopes.
All Astronomy Weekend activities are included with general admission to the Science Center. Additional tickets are required for the Irene P. Flinn Giant Screen Theater, Dorrance Planetarium and featured exhibition. Children under 3 are always FREE.
